Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing efforts and elevate our clients brand presence across global markets. As a key member of the leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market approach and positioning us as the leading customer support platform for eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation, and market expansion.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen global brand presence through innovative campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Demand Generation: Lead data-driven campaigns to attract and convert prospects, optimising the customer journey across digital platforms.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, PR strategies, and thought leadership initiatives to establish as a market leader in customer support software.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns, optimizing spend and tracking ROI.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and use insights to refine eDesk’s positioning and messaging.
  • Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and influencers to drive co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS customer metrics and CAC
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performance marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
