We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing efforts and elevate our clients brand presence across global markets. As a key member of the leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market approach and positioning us as the leading customer support platform for eCommerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Â Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation, and market expansion.
- Brand Management:Â Strengthen global brand presence through innovative campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Demand Generation:Â Lead data-driven campaigns to attract and convert prospects, optimising the customer journey across digital platforms.
- Content & Communications:Â Oversee the creation of high-quality content, PR strategies, and thought leadership initiatives to establish as a market leader in customer support software.
- Digital Marketing:Â Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns, optimizing spend and tracking ROI.
- Product Marketing:Â Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and market adoption.
- Team Leadership:Â Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and use insights to refine eDesk’s positioning and messaging.
- Partnerships:Â Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and influencers to drive co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS customer metrics and CAC
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performance marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing strategy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
