About the role
As part of the APAC Alliances Team and reporting to the SVP Strategy, your key focus will be developing partner revenue via enablement, co-sale support and building effective regional GTM relationships and motions.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in region
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing needs and concerns and all aspects of business process
- Organise regular meetings and reviews with partners to support performance improvement
GTM Partner Enablement
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve planned targets for sales
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships in region
- Provide aspects of technical sales support to partners and partner customers, assisting them with relevant Red Sift products
- Facilitate and conduct training, workshops to educate partners on Red Sift products
- Plan & build regional marketing activities with Red Sift Partner Marketing manager and Partner
Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer inquiries and issues escalated by partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective partner support.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance in Salesforce, Kluster and other tools.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on partner performance and sales activities.
Requirements
Core attributes and skills we are hoping to see highlighted in your application are:
- Previous experience of driving sales with partners, ideally within the cybersecurity space.
- Experience managing partner relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling high technology solutions in assigned territory in a partner model.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of B2B SAAS based software industry.
