Our client is growing, and expanding their Dublin Sales Team! They are looking for a driven and proactive Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. This is a dynamic new business sales role in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. You’ll need to be a sales-driven professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and a strong passion for e-commerce technology.

Your Role:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value deals.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and lead prospects through a consultative sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of their products, the e-commerce industry, and market trends to position our solutions effectively.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
  • Leverage AI tools and CRM systems to track sales activities, optimise workflows, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospect organisations to understand their needs and position them as the ideal solution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Act as a mentor and positive influence for junior/new team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • A proven track record of success in a SaaS sales environment, ideally in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Strong ability to drive new business sales, with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and AI-driven sales tools to optimise performance.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to enterprise sales.
  • A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal teams to drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and adopting best practices to enhance sales performance.
