Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to join their marketing team.. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across messaging, campaigns, and outreach efforts, driving product adoption and market penetration. Our client is an AI-first company, and all employees, regardless of the role, will be expected to leverage AI tools for productivity, stay current with AI trends, and explore how new technologies can elevate our own and our customer experience.

Your Role:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing comprehensive GTM plans for product launches, working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and goals. 
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use AI analytics tools to gather insights, identify target audience segments, and inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and support the launch of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring seamless execution and consistency with the overall GTM strategy. Use AI to streamline campaign personalisation and content creation.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards, FAQs, and product demos. Leverage AI tools to create dynamic and data-driven assets that communicate product value effectively.
  • Product Launches: Help manage all aspects of product launches, ensuring team alignment and readiness of marketing and sales assets. Monitor launch performance using KPI and analytics to generate insights and optimise future launches.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to understand the features and benefits of new products. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop customer-facing messaging and content. 
  • Customer & Market Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and stakeholders, and assist in tracking product performance post-launch to identify areas for improvement. Use AI to analyse qualitative feedback and identify trends for actionable improvements.
  • Content Creation & Management: Support the creation of product-related content, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and website copy that align with the GTM strategy. Use AI to accelerate content creation and ensure relevance for target audiences.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure the success of GTM initiatives using KPIs and other metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies, using AI tools to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a product marketing or go-to-market role.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including launch planning, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to staying up to date with trends and AI-driven products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Previous experience working on product launches or marketing campaigns.
