As a Marketing coordinator at eDesk, you will play an essential role in supporting our marketing initiatives across content creation, digital marketing, email, events and social media. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and enthusiastic about eCommerce and customer service technology.
What You Will Do
- Supports the marketing team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contributes to the creation of marketing content, including design/video, social media updates, emails and promotional materials working with the graphic and video designer.
- Manages social media platforms by posting content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with our audience.
- Supports with events, partnership & sponsorship activities.
- Keeps all partners and partner sites up to date.
- Works collaboratively with other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
