Our client’s product is designed to help eCommerce businesses streamline customer service operations and improve customer experiences. We serve a global client base, providing innovative solutions that allow businesses to grow and scale through efficient, AI-powered customer support.

As a talented Web Manager with a keen eye for design and a commitment to coding excellence, your primary focus will be crafting responsive web experiences that deliver exceptional quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the implementation of responsive and user-friendly front-end designs across our website (including coding and testing).
  • Build dedicated landing pages for paid campaigns and implement ongoing optimisations.
  • Handle website change requests in a timely fashion, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prepare the websites for new product launches, design new template themes and features
  • Establish and rollout our brand’s digital identity by meticulously adhering to our web design guidelines, ensuring uniformity and coherence.
  • Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, with a focus on semantic HTML, accessibility, image and static asset optimisation, caching strategies, and effective use of CDNs to enhance website performance and search rankings.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for different countries/regions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality

We Value a Web Manager Who Has:

  • 2+ years of web developer experience, prior experience working in Elementor and WordPress is critical
  • Proficient with development and implementation of web applications and code using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in UX design tools (e.g. Figma).
  • Proficient in using GA4, and Hotjar for tracking site metrics and user engagement.
  • Passionate about responsive web design implementation.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and in writing) – any other EU language will be a plus.
