As with most recruiters, I fell into recruitment 10 years ago and began my career with CPL, Ireland's largest agency. Things move quickly and the learning curve was steep but I loved it. There is a real “feel good” experience when you place a candidate in a position they are passionate about. I then gained valuable experience in an RPO model before moving into a Talent Acquisition position in a multi national company. Here I focused mostly on technical recruitment and in time moved into management positions. Building teams and seeing these teams deliver and individuals I hired get promoted is hugely rewarding. Morse recently I founded HireWise with the mission of making recruitment best practice available to everyone; SME's, Start-ups and Scale-ups. In my spare time I enjoy playing football (over 35's) and I am a golf novice working on that handicap.

I hold a master's in Work and Organizational Psychology, and I decided to specialise in the connection between psychology and the world of work. I began my career in Milan, where I worked for two multinational companies, gaining strong experience in recruitment and HR processes. After recently relocating to Dublin, I joined Hirewise, where I can bring my international background and contribute to the company's growth. Outside of work, I'm passionate about scuba diving and I'm a big dog lover.
